Scale Small AI sends text messages only to business clients or authorized users who actively opt in to account, service, support, onboarding, and reminder notifications.
How Users Opt In
End users opt in through the Scale Small AI onboarding flow, authenticated dashboard settings, or service setup forms. The user provides a mobile phone number and must actively select an unchecked consent checkbox before SMS notifications are enabled.
Opt-in is not required to browse the public website. SMS notifications are intended for Scale Small AI business clients and authorized users who use our service dashboards or onboarding flows.
